A vintage book providing a unique view on the exploration of a numbers of caves in the UK that compose the Caves of Mendip, largely due to an underground river system. Moderate wear to covers, especially around the edges and to corners. Cover material on spine cracked and split it a few places. Chipping and small tears around spine. Bottom of spine slightly bent. A few instances of mildly split binding though all pages remain attached. Some tanning to pages, especially near beginning and end of book. See photos for condition.
